Grand Stores warranty Policy

 

  • Provide One year warranty from the date of purchased with coverage the manufacturer’s warranty, in the same way that the manufacturer had provided.
  • Proof of purchases should be attached along with warranty card.

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

1)     Warranty covers the part, replacement or repair whenever necessary.

2)     Warranty covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use and 100 % parts and labor with zero deductibles.

3)     In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue, the time taken for repair under warranty shall not be excluded from the warranty period.

4)     Grand Stores service center reserves the right to retain (Keep) any part/s or component/s replaced in the unit during the warranty period; hence customer cannot demined the parts to be returned back.

Warranty does not apply to:

1)     Damage resulting from shipping or transit.

2)     Damages resulting from misuse, unnatural use, sand, water damage, battery leakage, in correct installation or use of improper transformers, extreme heat or cold.

3)     Instruments of which the serial numbers were changed, or removed in whole or in part.

4)     Damages resulting from fire, earthquakes, floods lighting and natural disasters.

 

Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not cover FOC/ consumables and accessory as well as any lost parts.
  • Instruments repaired at an unapproved service centre.

 

 Extended Warranty

Scope of the Service:

To provide 1 or 2 years extended warranty with extensive coverage after the manufacturer’s warranty ends, in the same way that the manufacturer had provided (Mirror Reflect) for all electronic appliances sold by Grand Stores.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Extended Warranty Program:

Protection plan beginning upon the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Region’s Borders: Grand Stores UAE.

3. Maximum Liability towards Claims:

This program covers the part, or parts replacement or repair whenever necessary. The warranty does not cover time or damage to personal properties, loss of revenues or other damages resulting there from.

Warranty Coverage:

1- Warranty covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use and 100 % parts and labor with zero deductibles.

2- Not including the costs of transporting the device from and to the workshop.

3- If the costs of repairing the device including the spare parts and labor are more than or equal the purchase price of the device stated in the purchase invoice and warranty card, then the company is entitled to consider this device as damaged and compensate the customer with the value of the device after deducting the depreciation rate according to the rates prescribed by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry as follows:

Second year 25%

Third year 35%

Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover Consumables/Accessory/Battery and charger as well as any lost parts.

This Warranty does not apply to:

• Damage resulting from shipping or transit.

• Repaired at an unapproved service centre.

• Damages resulting from misuse, unnatural use, deliberate negligence incorrect installation or use of unsuitable transformers.

• If the serial numbers were changed, or removed in whole or in part.

• Damages resulting from fire, earthquakes, floods lighting and natural disasters.

* Extended warranty starts after the expiry date of the manufacturer’s warranty.
